Shipping
We offer Australia-wide express shipping for a flat fee of $26. This includes a pre-paid and pre-addressed express return satchel for your convenience. Once your order is placed, your garment will be dispatched promptly to ensure it arrives on time for your event.
Please note that bwdesignerhire is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or late deliveries caused by Australia Post. If your garment is lost or damaged during transit, you may be charged the full RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
Returns
All postal hires must be returned by 12 PM on the following business day after your event. A photo of the lodgement receipt from Australia Post must be provided as proof of return. Failure to do so may result in late fees being applied or, in extreme cases, charges for the full RRP of the garment if it is lost or significantly delayed.
Late Fees: A fee of $10 per day will apply if the garment is not returned by the required time unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking.
Condition of Returns
Please ensure that all garments are returned in the condition they were received. If a garment is returned damaged beyond repair (e.g., with unremovable stains or significant wear and tear), the full RRP will be charged. Minor repairable damage will result in the borrower covering repair costs.
Garment Cleaning
Dry cleaning costs are included in the hire fee. Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself, as improper cleaning can cause damage. If additional costs are incurred for removing stains or repairing damages, these will be billed to you.
